Contacted Richard over getting the calipers on my new RSQ3 repainted from factory black to Red as though OEM fit. Having done my research I knew that the service here is far superior to the competitors who leave the calipers on the car and paint in situ. Reflections Detailing have invested heavily and thus are able to remove the calipers, bead-blast to bare metal prime/paint/add decals (made in house) and finally clear coat before refitting and pressure bleeding.Dropped the car off on a Monday morning and got the train home, Cradley Heath station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Returned the following evening to pick it up, absolutely perfect job so impressed. Highly recommended.

I used Reflections Detailing after doing a lot of research on local companies, the service provided by them is second to none, i had a stage 2 polish and ceramic coating done along with getting my alloys refurbished and alloy gators fitted, i have been back 2 times since after someone ran in to my car and had the new panels recoated. Rich and Lee top blokes would definitely recommend and use again.

I have never detailed any of my cars before so as a first time detailing customer I had lots of questions and requests! I arrived at Reflections on my Suzuki Bandit GSF650 K9 to be greeted by Lee a lovely chap who definitely knows his craft as he has a wealth of knowledge about cleaning bikes and he goes the extra mile to explain what he does and along the way he pointed out that i had a tight spot on my chain which could potentially cause the chain to snap so i went and ordered a new chain and sprockets from QB Motorcycles which will be fitted next week and he also checked my brakes on completion of the valet to my bike to make sure they worked correctly and i must award a FIVE STAR 100% rating to Lee for his commitment to detail and Richard you have got a one in a million guy here who really knows his stuff with bikes so you look after him as guys like this don't come along every day and Lee even touched up a few paint chips for me as well at no extra cost so all in all i am a very happy customer who will be back for some more detailing in the future THANKS guys for making my Suzuki Bandit look decent again as i was so surprised at the amount of grime that came off the chain which was hiding the tight spot Lee managed to find and point out to me and also thanks for letting me use your helmet cleaner to clean my helmet visor so thanks again for a most enjoyable morning and i will see you again very soon ok - Best regards one happy suzuki bandit owner RICHARD LATHAM. - Oh by the way many thanks for the pens Lee ok see you next time for another valet on my bike and keep up the good work as most of us appreciate the time and trouble you go to in making our motor cycles look much better for when we go out on the road as there's nothing quite like a lovely crisp looking motorcycle to go out on a ride on thanks again LEE.

Excellent experience and a great service! I was offered a New Vehicle Protection coating from the Jaguar Dealership I bought my new car from, thankfully I asked around for recommendations and was point towards Perauto.Perauto talked me through the whole process, and I found them extremely professional. I live in Solihull so an easy train ride to/from Cradley Heath and a 5 minute walk after dropping the car off. I definitely made the correct decision to use Perauto and I highly recommend them.
