All the staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Nicola who is the motability specialist. She is very knowledgeable about the scheme as well as the vehicles. Although we had just gone for information and a test drive, she was upfront about the delivery time, about 40 weeks, so we completed the paperwork and confirmation from Motability there and then. It was nice to be treated so well.

Very helpful and informative throughout the process, from viewing to hand over.Regular contact with updates and sales team made me feel welcome at all times.

Went yesterday to look at the cars with a view to purchase, i looked for a disabled parking space of which they were all full with there own cars, therefore as i am poor at walking a distance i parked outside the showroom door of which was not blocking anyone in or out, as soon as i got out the car, a woman said are you here for sales or service, although why would i be in for service having a KIA car , then a guy from the garage said can we borrow your key as we will move it somewhere, as though i would just give my key to a total stranger, and the guy who was driving the cars around an asian guy give us such a dirty look entering the carpark, Skoda has lost my business based on customer service at zero, ill stick with Kia who have always gone above and beyond .

The staff were very helpful when we were looking for a new car. George Richards was patient when discussing our needs and all the options. It was a smooth ride from test drive to getting our new car. We are happy to recommend Skoda Simpsons

It’s a shame that when things go slightly wrong people just give out bad references. We can all make mistakes and for me it’s how well things are rectified. There was a very slight discrepancy on my invoice which I didn’t notice until I got home after the car was serviced again with Simpsons. I emailed after the garage closed and by 9:30 the following morning it was rectified with an excellent outcome and apology. Great service, great team, thank you!!

Despite not being able to physically get to the garage often, Daniel was always available to explain everything thoroughly to me either over the phone or through email to make the process of part exchanging my car as painless as possible.The whole process was seamless from start to finish and made what I needed work right from the start

I cannot say anything other than it was a top class process from start to finish. The offer made was a very fair and reasonable one and there was virtually no haggling from me - which is most unusual as I am usually a pain in the ***! Nicole Adams was a credit to Skoda and the immediate follow up has also been top class. I would normally be able to pick a fault or two but in this case not so.

Proper set up, bought a kodiaq vrs, paid for it straight away and joe and Ben arranged the quickest dealer collection I've had, nothing was to much for them, I wanted a couple of things changed on the car before I collected and they did it straight away nothing was an issue. Bought the car blind as I'm not from the area, joe sent me a video and car was mint as described, how car dealers should work, amazing guys
