Bright & spacious practice with helpful receptionists. Appointment was spot on, time wise & dentist /nurse were welcoming & thorough - explaining today's procedure & future requirements. Plenty of dental care items available for purchase, avoiding having to shop around.

Hygienist was great, the best clean I've ever had (is this because I've recently HAD to switch from NHS to private)?? However, since the practice has gone 75% private its nearly impossible to get an appointment for my children. Releasing appointments one day a month on a first come first serve basis where you have to start calling first thing in the morning is just not good enough especially when you are working and unable to make calls within your working day.There must be a fairer way, especially for children!

Had an emergency appointment through 111; I am TERRIFIED of the dentist but the staff made me feel so at ease! The receptionist was especially kind; she talked me through everything and reassured me from the second I stepped through the door until the moment I left! Really grateful to have had such a good experience that made me feel less afraid of future dental visits!
