Seeking a designer to make a silver pendant as a surprise present, I found Charlotte when I was actually in Southsea. A quick call and I was able to go straight round. Extremely helpful. I had an outline of what I thought I'd like and in discussions with Charlotte she helped me tweak my thoughts and we came up with a final design which was a vast improvement on my initial idea but still retained the key concept and which the young lady staff member who would be involved in manufacturer confirmed could be done exactly as I wished.. The time frame of less than two months was not a problem and the quoted price was acceptable. Very shortly I received a receipt for the deposit paid and a detailed invoice. I have every confidence the finished piece will be delivered on time and will please the recipient. Would highly recommend the consultation, design interaction and administration. Thank you Charlotte.

What a wonderful experience me and my partner had here with Charlotte and team, after planning on visiting a number of jewelry shops on the 15/10/22 looking to have two wedding bands made from my partners grandmas gold watch. As soon as we walked into charlotte’s place we both knew instantly that we were in the correct place and didn’t need to visit anymore jewelry places that day, extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. We both felt like we had learnt so much that day and can’t wait to see the finish product. Thank you :) :) :)

Absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I came in to get my engagement ring sized down and it was finished earlier than expected! I'm beyond happy with how it looks and thought it was a very reasonable price to pay.

From start to finish my experience was perfect. Charlotte is amazing and the rest of the crew in Southsea are so helpful! If you are wanting to design a bespoke ring as a surprise for a partner but have no idea how, this is the place for you. Charlotte went through every fine detail with me and we created the perfect ring for my now fiancé who is absolutely in love with it! And with lots of time restraints visiting from Australia they managed to complete it a week earlier than expected.
