Booked in to have a long curl blow out done for a work charity event. I specifically requested Vincent because have had way too many disaster hair experiences. My appointment was supposed to be at 4:30pm and I was told the appointment would be about 40 mins. My event started at 6:30pm so figured it would give me enough time to go home and get ready afterwards. I arrived at the salon and was informed Vincent had gone home due to illness. This is fine, however they could have at least called me ahead of time to let me know this so I could have made other arrangements If need be. But no phone call, nothing. On top of that, they were planning on still charging me the top level price until I mentioned that I didn't want to pay extra if I wasn't seeing Vincent. The girl that ended up doing my blow out didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept getting my hair all tangled up in the brushes and yanking on it to get it out. I've never experienced a blow dry like this before and on top of everything it took almost an hour and a half and I was late for my event! All for a blow dry that looked like my 12 year old niece curled my hair. My hair was not big beautiful curls as requested but a frizzy mess. I will never go back to this place. I expected way more from this salon, especially given the location.

Amazing Stockbridge salon, lovely staff and a really fabulous haircut from Shannon, thank you! Highly recommended for technical cuts. I'm trying out colour next time so will update, but hugely happy with the stylist and my new style!

Brilliant, friendly, local salon. Been coming here since it opened 20 odd years ago. Owners and staff are all lovely and they do brilliant colour work and cuts. Very Covid secure too.

I've been coming here for about 7 years and can't recommend it enough. The atmosphere is really fun and friendly, the service is excellent and I and always so excited to leave with a different look. Special recommendation for Sophia, she works wonders and is always good at advising if I'm not sure what I want to do.

My gf had a cut here with Shannon. She was very impressed and loved the place. My 5 stars is a reflexion of her own experience there.

I had the opportunity for a free wash & blow dry as a young trainee was wanting to gain some experience. I must say I had a wonderful time and all staff we're friendly and polite. I left feeling great with a nice fresh blow dry. Thank you and good luck Kamila

First time here, took advantage of trainee looking for models.Such a good experience. The girl Shannon was simply fantastic, confident, and very welcoming.The vibe of this place is spot on, you feel made welcome and the end results are fantastic. Will certainly be back as a full paying customer.These trainees are amazing so don't be afraid to get more than just a trim.
