Caroline of Preened is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I always love the results and really enjoy going to be pampered by her.

I had my third session with Caroline yesterday. I have had pedicures twice before, which were really great and so pleased with the results, making my rather tragic feet fit for public viewing! Yesterday though, I also had a facial. Not only was it a very enjoyable experience, but this morning, I can honestly say the results are remarkable. My skin, which suffered during chemo last year, is looking better than it has for years. I'm really delighted. Caroline does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to have in one's home. Highly recommended.

I love my beauty sessions with Caroline, she is an absolute professional - after years in this business she knows her stuff. She's also flexible with time/location, reliable, and an all round lovely person. Caroline does the best lash lift, brows and waxing but she is also an amazing masseur. Can't recommend enough.

Caroline is incredible. I recently had one of her hydro-therm massages and it was such a relaxing experience. Whilst lying on heated pillows of water, Caroline give a gentle and soothing massage, which is an experience of utter bliss. This is such a good treat and mood booster for when it is nippy outside!

In early December I started to experience acne roseaca which over a few months got a lot worse. I visited Preene and Caroline gave me profesional advise on ways to treat. I booked in for a Neostrata glycolic skin peel system. I have had 2 sessions of this and after the second treatment skin completely cleared. In fact my skin has never looked better. I was skeptical of the results but was surprised at how effectively this worked for the acne roseaca, it really is amazing and I shall continue with monthly treatments. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone suffering with this. Caroline has a wide professional knowledge and really helped me .

Caroline is one of the best therapists I have ever used. Her attention to your skins, bodies needs is second to none, and this is so clear in the way the treatments are both given, and the results seen after. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone. What a lovely lady.
