Serviced my 7 G-Tronic Gearbox (Mercedes) at a fraction of the cost quoted by the main dealer, nice folks, great service, book stamped.

Paid £950 and said they’ll email one year warranty for dsg gearboxBeen calling them over 3 weeks, keep on telling will do this Friday never happen ! No issue is repair but need proof if something goes wrong

Don't recommend. Had my gearbox done for my mazda 6. £1200 repair. Told me they only use OEM parts, then you have the warranty.Picked the car after 4 weeks and there is a issue with the car as soon as i left the garage. Been told to drive if for a week for it to calibrate. Not worked. Serval phone calls to be told they waiting for Mazda to get back to them.Never ring you back. Not once had a call of them. I had to ring them every day to get some information out of them. Still nothing.It's been 6 months now and Andy avoid to fix the car. Excuses each time.NEVER GOT THE INVOICE (aparantly he sent them by email) I don't know what parts been changed. What he done can't tell. (Will sent the invoice tonight)If you busy employ some1 who will do the paperwork for you!Avoid!

Andy is great at explaining the problems with your particular fault. The service is excellent in both the repair side and in the after explaining what had done along with showing you the damaged parts. Certainly recommend this company.

Excellent. Rang them with concerns over service on my Powershift Auto. 5 year old car but only done 15000 miles. Told not to worry. Not necessary to change oil n filters until 30000 miles. Honest Informative Company. Will definately use them when I get to 30000.

Went to Lancs Transmissions recently on the recommendation of a nearby garage as my Son's Alpha Mito had a suspected problem with its gearbox. The owner Andy said he knew what the problem was straight away and after a brief test drive confirmed the gears were 'collapsed' !The vehicle was booked in and though my Son had a 12 month free vehicle warranty with the car from Rochdale where he had bought it Andy did the necessary work, took pictures to send to the Warranty Company and though they failed to pay out in the end, Andy was patient with the process from start to finish.A very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy whom I would recommend anybody to go to.Thanks again Andy.

Degrading experience. Father & son business. Father seems to do all the work. Got 2 parking ticket in the 6 months they had kept my car. Still waiting for my receipt, just fobbed off on the phone. Had to have the job looked when finally complete" as making a cranking noise when changing gear. He was not interested in taking it back. Never again. Trading Standards now involved. Would not be surprised if both BNP members."

Had gearbox serviced here on two cars now and it makes a huge difference also always give good prices and qoutes and won't rip you off! Gearbox specialist but do other work also.....always busy which is a good sign as they have a good customer base
