I went to the shop to collect a replacement stove glass. I wandered around the showroom which is stocked with beautiful stoves and chatted to the staff who were happy to share stove related advice. I left with my stove glass fitted, it is now back home and working beautifully, thank you.

Great shop for all things log burners. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Heather spent a lot of time carefully explaining the products and, when needed, was happy to gain extra information from the internet. Nothing was too much trouble.Would certainly recommend if your looking for extra heat for your house.

I picked up some replacement items for my stove today. The lady was so lovely and even offered to carry the items to the car. I would definitely recommend The Burning Question Perth. They have beautiful stoves which are very reasonably priced.

I chose this company as they were responsive and their price was better than competitors. I'm delighted to say that the level of care & support by this business has been extraordinary & exemplary. Burning Question have helped me unstintingly to be a DIY chimney builder; they have come to site and checked my work; they've provided information and support for the stove which they didn't even supply. I would have really struggled without their advice. Amazing and thank you!

Zero customer service. Despite wishing to buy a high end stove and without quibbling when it might be installed never heard back from them. I called to ask when a survey might happen and was given the third party number (who never called back). I suppose work is flush at the moment and they simply don’t need the business. I will be sharing my experience unfortunately.

I popped in to the showroom yesterday, looking for general advice regarding having a stove fitted in our home.We spoke to Lynda who was very helpful and friendly and she answered all our questions.They have a large range of stoves and also accessories.
