I hired Just Roof Repairs in August 2021 to replace my garage roof, carryout some minor building work and fit new doors to my existing garage.The boss Sam, was easy to work with and helped get the job do to meet my requirements.The price was reasonable and they returned to site to correct any issues i found.

In early 2021, I contacted Just Roof Repairs about a leaking flat roof, which they quoted for. The quote seemed reasonable so we went ahead, and they fitted a new flat roof on top of the existing one. This initially solved the leaking issue. We then rested easy after having been let down by several roofers in the past, knowing that the work was guaranteed for 30 years.In the summer of that year, the black coating that they had applied began to flake off and blow into ours and our neighbour’s garden. I’ve used Samuel twice. Both time’s he came out quickly to assess the work. As I was unable to get to the roof, he Took photos so I could see the problems. Work was carried out very quickly, within a couple of days. Scaffolding was also needed. Samuel works with a local scaffolder, so he was able to arrange this too. Photos were sent to show the work done. Excellent prompt service.

After nearly a YEAR of trying to find a roofer in Leeds that would return our calls, visit, provide a quote that was appropriate we FINALLY found Sam at Just Roof Repairs and were very pleased with our experience. It was getting pretty urgent with the crazy leaks that were coming in in our house! Sam is incredibly responsive, professional, good on the paperwork front (providing you all the detail you need to make an informed decision) and kept us up to date with progress on the job. He didn't leave until he was sure the job was finished properly and the quotes in our opinion were fair. He was also mindful of the things that I feel others ignore, like making sure the street and front yard were left clean and tidy and the plants weren't destroyed in the process. I rang Just-Roof-Repairs.co.uk and spoke with Sam, I needed a repair quite quickly so he sent his son within 12 hours and he fixed my roof. I was amazed it only took him 20-30 minutes to fix and it was a fair price. I would totally recommend this company and will be using them again if I ever need them!

I called Sam after having some issues with my roof. Sam came round the same day to take a look and was back the next day with his team and began the process of replacing the roof, bargeboards and soffits. The whole team were very professional and polite and I am extremely happy with the standard of work they have done.The work was done over 3 days with minimal fuss or disruption. Samuel responded within minutes of my email, came same day to assess the problem; five minutes later he told me precisely what was wrong with my roof and offered two possible courses of action. I called Sam to come and quote me to fix a leak which was getting worse due to the torrential rains in December. Not only did he come on time, he took the time he needed to inspect the roof properly and localise the various possible defects causing the leak. He explained what was required thoroughly and quoted me a very reasonable price.
