THE VERY BEST! Our pipes had been totally blocked for five days. I’m a single mum with two young daughters, so it was a very difficult and our lives were put on hold.Initially I called a plumbing company out fix the problem. They told me that my main sewer pipe had collapsed and would need replacing. They couldn’t quote me an exact price until they’d dug it up, but said it would be in the thousands of pounds, which I simply didn’t have. A friend referred me to Safe-Rod, as they are specialists in unblocking pipes and also repairing damaged pipes. They sent an engineer on the same day to assess the problem. It turned out upon CCTV inspection that the sewer pipe did not need replacing and he repaired the damage for a small fraction of what I’d been quoted by the other company. Safe-Rod are excellent! I thought Safe Plumber only operated in London, but they came to Bedforshire happily. They gave me the best quote, arrived on time, worked cleanly and efficiently explaining what they were doing all the time. I had asked for a boiler service, a magnafilter to be fitted and all radiators to be flushed. They did this, then during testing they found the real problem with my heating system and fixed it at no additional cost. My heating now works efficiently for the first time in many years. It was great to have expert tradesmen doing what was needed rather than just what I asked for.

Following a boiler check by British gas they advised we have our heating system flushed out and a MagnaClean filter fitted. They gave me a quick quote but at the time it seemed very high. Found Safe Plumber after reading reviews on Google and taking a long look at their website. They said they could do the same work for much cheaper. I liked that they quoted me a single all inclusive price and that is exactly what it cost. There were no hidden extras. The plumber who came was very friendly and explained everything he was doing step by step so that I understood. He completed the job in the time they quoted and made sure that he left no mess. Would defintely use Safe Plumber again.

We were impressed by the rapid response and transparency to our enquiry regarding power flushing our radiators.The engineer arrived on time and worked non stop for nearly 9 hours, in a house with 4 floors !. Safe Plumber came to my rescue immediately and flushed my system. When it transpired that it was something else that was causing the water circulation problem it was quickly found and fixed.
