I walked in today spontaneously to get my lashes tinted, ended up doing threading and brows too. Pinali was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. She’s very professional and bubbly, had a great chat. Very happy that she provided me with and excellent customer service and done all the treatments without prior booking. Definitely recommend and coming back.

Everytime I come kystal beauty I get 10/10 service. I get my eyebrows done here almost every month and it’s amazing. Like they do it perfectly and I love my eyebrows. Today I came to get pedicure, Pinali looked after me so well. She offered me drinks and she was very professional and bubbly. I would recommend everyone and their mothers to come here. Definitely coming back soon. :)

I had the pleasure of receiving a full body wax from a wonderful beauty therapist before my holiday, and the service was absolutely lovely. She was not only reassuring but also incredibly knowledgeable about the process, which instantly put me at ease. Her super friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable, and we had a lovely chat throughout the treatment. Overall, the combination of her expertise and the friendly conversation made the whole experience pleasant, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The nail tech; Lee is extremely rude and unprofessional. He messed up my nails and was being difficult when I asked him to fix it. I’d been going to see him despite his terrible behaviour but soon realised that there’s no point paying for his terrible services. Going to his salon was convenient because I live in Wembley but there are so many other nail techs in the area!

The service I get when I attend Krystal is outstanding! The beautician is extremely patient and so professional, it’s always a joy going in there knowing you’re in good hands. My regular lady is P and she’s honestly a saint! I would recommend every woman and their aunt to go!

I have been going to this place for a while. Firstly, I'd like to give kudos to the beauticians doing eyebrows and waxing. They are amazing. Unfortunately, I've had a poor customer service experience with the nail tech man. He started doing my nails a year ago. I have always ignored his rude attitude up until today. I came in to book an appointment for 3 pm but the attitude he gave me was despicable. I've seen him behaving the same way with other customers. He has no problems talking in his native language to a colleague and make fun of you, thinking you do not understand, while doing your nails. He gets frustrated when someone does not understand his instructions but he has a very poor english. I simply cancelled my appointment. I kept coming because he was the closest to my place but I will not be bothered giving him my money ever again.Again, the rest of the staff is great.

Lucky is amazing in her approach to her clients! She is always welcoming, friendly and professional.I highly recommend Krystal Beauty Clinic , located in the heart of Wembley.
