A catalogue of errors including papers sent to us with other people’s details and advising our estate agency fees were paid, only for us to be hit with a bill from Your Move 2 weeks later! If you want a stress free experience I’d look elsewhere. Arrogant and rude when challenged and basically couldn’t give a damn if you report him.
