Nothing has been too much trouble for the team at Dales. I was nervous about getting back to cycling after many years away, and buying an e-bike is a big purchase.They spent lots of time showing me the options & explaining them, as well as advising on what would best suit my needs.It did take a long time for the order to come in, but they kept me informed and even offered a loan bike in the meantime (which I declined).When it did arrive, again they explained it all, I had another test ride and was encouraged to test out the turbo" setting - great fun! Purchased two mountain bikes for myself and daughter. Staff - Ian and Finlay in particular - were excellent, knowledgeable and incredibly patient whilst I changed my mind 3 or 4 times and my youngest daughter ran around the store causing chaos!Thanks again!

I've always had a soft spot for Dales since I gave my late dad an old Saracen bike and they kept it it rolling and safe for him. When he was fit enough he cycled the Forth & Clyde Canal and round the city centre where he lived. He didn't always have a lot of money but Dales always did the absolute most with whatever he had and his bike was always safe to ride.I recently joined a company that had Cycle 2 Work as an employee benefit so my first action was to waddle my fat middle-aged arse down to Dales to see what they had. Despite nearly causing a domino-style disaster involving about twenty grands worth of bikes the staff kept smiling and answering my daft questions. I picked a Giant Roam Disc 2. My details were taken and that was that.On Friday I got notification that my letter of collection had arrived and today I went to the shop. As usual the staff were immediately on-hand to bring out the bike, adjust the saddle to the correct height, sell me a Giant-branded water bottle and cage and generally keep a straight face. After dismantling the entire bike into basic atoms and chemical compounds to fit in my tiny car I was sent on my way with an invitation to book the bike in for a free service.I can't recommend these guys highly enough if you're in the market for a bike. They have a great selection of bikes, gear and accessories and their knowledge is very comprehensive. No snobbery; just a cracking team who'll do their best to get you and keep you on two wheels.

Just collected my Cube e-bike after leaving it at 10:00 am when store opened to have an inner tube changed and some other adjustments. Absolutely 5* service from Isaac at Dales. Bike ready for just after 12MD. Truly why Dales no 1 for cycle expertise in Glasgow.

Chris and the team went above and beyond to arrange a replacement road bike, including fitting, accessories and transportation, 7 days before I started the Lands end to John O'Groats cycle. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to take part , never mind completing. A fantastic effort and a great bunch of guys!

Recently had a bike fit here with John Dargie, brilliant experience and will be coming back if I need another fit. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, great customer service and good pricing for a bike fit. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an expert.
