A professional and fantastic service carried out by New Lane Garage. I have always relied on main dealer services but the past few experiences have left me very disappointed so I was keen to look elsewhere. I have a 320i G20 that required a full service and brake fluid replacement, this was carried out at a much more affordable price than what BMW had quoted and was even advised on other issues which I wasn’t aware of (cracks in my tyres). They were able to update the service on the iDrive system which is rare for anyone outside BMW to do this locally. I wasn’t forced to do anything I didn’t want to do unlike my experiences at BMW and Audi. Ian is a very helpful member of the team and made the entire experience worthwhile. I will definitely return for all my BMW needs!

Took my M140i in for a major service with Ian as I didn’t trust anyone else with it. I wanted the I drive system updated and I wanted someone with a professional background with BMW’s. I was very pleased with the service I received. Ian also told me I needed my pads changing in around 3000miles and also ran a vehicle check on my vehicle. He was polite and truthful. I’ve recommended him to family and I will definitely be coming back again!

Took my 2020 BMW 5 Series (G30) model to New Lane BMW as I wasn't prepared to pay main dealer prices for service, and I was justified in that decision as for half the main dealer price, Ian serviced my car with no issues whatsoever. It was the newest 5 Series Ian had serviced, but still managed to do what was needed, got it recorded on the BMW online service record portal, reset my service schedule on the iDrive and gave me a printout and invoice, all whilst answering any questions I had. Highly recommended and Ian will be my first port of call to maintain my car. I can see why others also rated New Lane BMW and Ian as 5 stars.

Great experience using new lane. Took my e90 330i for a check up after buying. Ian is clearly an expert in his trade, after a through assessment he gave me the good news I've not bought a shed on wheels and pointed out a couple of bits to keep an eye on. Really nice guy and will be taking my car here for anything it needs in the future

Excellent service really nice friendly guy would definitely recommend took my 320d convertible for a diagnosis as my roof had stopped working. The man was really honnest and tried his best with trying to solve the problem but sadly wasn't resolved but the service I received was amazing and I will be going back for all work needing carried out

First time i have used New Lane Garage, Ian was polite and dealt with the required oil change very promptly. He also gave my 620d Gran Turismo a general inspection and advised me when i collected it that it would require the rear brake pads replacing in about 3000 miles. Ian's rates are competitive and I will definatley be using him again. I can only concur with all the other reviews left by his other customers EXCELLENT SERVICE & RATES.
