Brilliant all round staff always happy to help and support you in all your vaping needs from new tanks, drippers to brand new mods. They have a very good range of juices that's cover all areas from fruits, menthol, ice and deserts and a wide range to choose from and they will always have a juices or a vape setup to suit you and will always give you recommendations on what to try and help you find a juice to suit you and I highly recommend them to any vaper.I've been coming here for just over a year and they have been very supportive and are always happy to help and they have always had what I've been looking for and have helped me with any problems that I've had with my vape.

The best vape store in the United Kingdom by far with un-rivaled prices and an unbelievable range of juice's the main staff are incredibly welcoming and do so much more than just sell goods to all of their customers both new and seasoned vaper's alike. I can only recommend that you must visit with an open mind and as they have just had an unforgettable restock of Juice's, Mod's, they went even better and higher than that by getting in new mods not likely to be available anywhere else. I'm a loyal customer and have nothing but respect for them so I advise you to all visit no matter where you live take that time to travel to Gloucester to experience the love and passion the very few put into knowing what customers want and what they need. Bought a caliburn from this store, leaked from day 1, returned to store on multiple occasions and every time they just tried to sell new tànks and coils. Customer service was shockingly bad.Update, shop has given feedback commenting how the offered to sell a new tank, that is correct but are you honestly telling me I should buy a new tank and coil every 3 days because that's how long it lasted? So my original comment stands, no customer support and only there to sell more, ripping off the customer.Took same device to another vape store, they gave great advise and gave a replacement tank free of charge as they actually took time to look at it and noticed a manufacturing defect, now that is how you do customer service

The customer service at VapeKing is excellent! The staff are very knowledeable and helpful. The atmosphere in the shop is really nice and everyone is very friendly, making you feel welcomed.They sell a wide range of liquids and mods at best prices.VapeKing is definitely the best vape shop in Gloucestershire.
