Mist has become our now local lounge. Extremely plesent staff from the moment you are greeted at the counter until you leave. Staff always ensure shisha is to perfection. Very chilled atmosphere with great music that is not too loud. Shisha is always on point and if there are any issues staff are always at hand to ensure it is sorted promptly. Ludo boards force us to stay a little longer then we should :)

Very chill atmosphere, laid back. Staff are especially nice, Hassan is always welcoming and friendly. Come here regularly with a friend and food Shisha has always been 10/10

Great shisha lounge based in Birmingham. The shishas were one of the best I’ve had in brum .. highly recommend giving this place a go. Staff are always polite and friendly. Big shout out to Sabz, he really looked after me and my family. Everything was 10/10. See you guys very soon.

Had such a great experience at Mist tonight. Highly recommend amazing food, drinks and shisha. I recommend irn bru cuban shisha and fiery Naga burger it was 10/10 so was the service.

Honestly one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of dining and smoking at.And there are some seriously good shisha bars in Birmingham so this is saying something.Immaculately presented both inside and out, delicious food, there are TVs on but they are on silent so you can talk, boardgames available at every table.Shisha is as good as can be and food and tea is amazing. No alcohol here so there are no drunk people. The service is truly impeccable. The night my friend and I went it was relatively quiet and so I guess the staff were not that busy... under normal circumstances you would expect the staff to be outside chilling or on their phones but they made a lot of effort and waited on us hand and foot. You are almost treated like royalty here... seriously well managed establishment.Will come again. Will definitely come again.

A place to go to relax. The service is great. Can't forget the food. You must try the donner there. Really nice. Shisha quality is on the high end with a very decent price compared to other lounges. Atmosphere is great as well. A well thought design lounge.
