Awful service and extremely rude staff. Took in a photo of my father, who recently passed away to be remounted. Went in a week later to collect and was told it was ready but was not in the shop and off site somewhere. Went back again when agreed and the lady said it wasn't there because her colleagues car had broken down. Went in again on the weekend just to see it sitting there, unfinished, and the chap working there said he wouldn't buy the mounting colour we'd asked for and thrusted it back in our face. Absolutely disgusting...

Exceptional levels of personal service combined with high quality materials, meticulous workmanship and very reasonable prices.I can't recommend their framing services highly enough. I'm a visual media professional living in London but now save my framing requirements until I visit the Isle of Wight.

This studio is amazing offering a wide variety of art and gifts with a price tag for all.Customer service is exceptional.Sharron always goes above and beyond and has helped a lot of vulnerable people throughout the lockdown including our elderly mother.She has been so kind and thoughtful and as a family we will be forever grateful.
