John was really helpful and lovely, me and my dad had walked in on the off chance and despite being busy, John accommodated to us immaculately. I was allowed to take the car for a test drive, shown all the buttons and little extras the car has and was the able to take it home that very day. I’m certain Hawkes will be the first place me and my family look for cars in the future. Thank you so much again!

I think Hawkes is probably a very good place to buy a car from, as, there were many cars to choose from, Absolutely no hard sell.. but a good amount of guidance .I really needed a new [to me] car..Now i have one, i did a test drive on two,Really helpful .i am [so far] delighted with my purchase .

We approached Hawkes looking for a first car for our son.John, the salesman, was very helpful and updated us regularly if anything suitable came into stock. Eventually the 'right' car arrived and we were able to secure this before we went on holiday, picking up on our return. The car is in excellent condition and has been thoroughly maintained. Hawkes only seem to sell genuine vehicles and that's why we wanted to buy from them. They demonstrate really great customer service and are helpful with any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This was my first experience of using Hawkes. All the staff were friendly and very helpful in choosing my new car. Collection of the vehicle was agreed for a convenient day and all the paperwork was completed by John. I then got a detailed tour of my car and shown how various functions work and then off I drove! Very pleased with my car and the service

A very pleasant experience with this purchase of our daughters first car. All cars presented really well, cleaned inside and out and polished with all cars open to view freely at will or with support of staff.A non high pressure sales environment with buyers peace of mind clearly important to them. Was able to take car out for test drive on my own and all works agreed prior to sale was completed and proven.A refreshing change - thank you!!

Visited on a Friday looking for a small car, they had one - a Clio.It took my fancy, so waited around as they were pretty busy.Eventually they had some time and we talked - I tried to reduce the price down to no avail - but to be fair it was spotless and worth the money.Once I had agreed to pay full price they manoeuvred their cars around (was at the back of the showroom) so I could take for a test drive.On return we completed the deal and I agreed to pick the car up the following Wednesday - they offered to stay late to accommodate.I returned to get the car as agreed on the Wednesday - it had been put through the MOT and all advisories were also done , which was great.Overall fantastic service all round - just hope the car is a good as I hope it will be - if not have a 3 month warranty FOC.

Brilliant little shop. Successful buy on my second car at 18! Cars were beyond the standard I was hoping for. Service was amazing and very kind staff who help you with anything you need. 100% recommend if you are interested in buying. Very clean and tidy.

Super friendly! Lovely car! Had an awful couple of weeks searching for a new car and was met with unhelpful and rude car salesmen and was just about to give up hope when I saw the car advertised. Hawkes was friendly, polite and helpful from start to finish! Will most definitely buy from them again
