The Little Escape

I can't recommend this place and specifically Suzanne enough! Her treatments are excellent, she always tailors the massage to my needs and makes sport injuries, muscle aches and stress disappear. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Just brilliant!

This was my birthday treat and my first visit to Little Escape and was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law who had used them for herself and her mum. I had the Holistic massage with Marie in a welcoming and calm environment. Marie explained what was involved and suggested ways as to how I could cope with arthritis. The massage made my body feel light and relaxed. I definitely recommend and will be booking another appointment.

I had my first deep tissue massage here with Mayumi, and it was incredible. I'm feeling like I have a new body with no backache. Mayumi would always check on me to see if the pressure was too much or if I was doing okay. I absolutely love it and I'll be coming back for sure.

The deep tissue massage I had with Mayumi was the best massage I've ever had! She found tension I didn't realise was there in my lower back as well as tension elsewhere in my body that I did know about. As well as being calm, friendly and professional, Mayumi clearly has magic hands! Thank you, Mayumi :)

I rarely write reviews but Mike O'Connor truly deserves these five stars. After a lower back injury over five years ago, I've been living in pain since and tried different specialists and treatments in vain. I was recently told by an NHS doctor that nothing could be done and I had to come to terms with living in chronic pain.I went to see Mike as a last resort and that was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I walked away from his studio after the first and only session (for now) PAIN FREE for the first time in all these years. I can't express my gratitude enough, he's a genius! Thank you Magic Mike xx

I had Reflexology and Indian Head massage with Mayumi over the course of a few days. It was a really wonderful experience and she identified problematic areas and massaged them out. I had a lot of pain in my shoulder which she spent some time working on to rectify. I left feeling very relaxed and pain-free the next day. I will be going back!

After looking at several reviews online I decided to pop along here over a year ago. Honestly, what a gem of a place. After suffering from cluster headaches I was recommended to have a deep tissue massage. I can go for months now without no symptoms.Even recently, after suffering some unfortunate circumstances they went above and beyond to book me in at short notice for an appointment.If you are considering a treatment here, then look no further you won’t be disappointed.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Mayumi. She identified my problem areas and worked on releasing some of the tension. This was a worthwhile experience, much better than the money I spent recently for a similar massage at the Intercontinental Hotel!!! Thank you Mayumi :)

I was not at all sure of what to expect from my first Reiki session.the atmosphere gave off a feeling of calm and relaxation. My session was good and over seemingly much too soon. I will be booking my second session.
