I had my car in to Autospray Aberdeen for repairs following a collision with a deer - this was organised through my insurers. The whole process was efficient , the work carried out is perfect and the courtesy car was ideal. Thanks to Sarah at reception for her understanding and to Colin the workshop supervisor for being so helpful.

My car was in repair with autospray and they knew I needed it back as soon as possible as we were due to part exchange, I received the car back 4 days earlier than the estimated completion date and I’m very impressed with their quickness and customer service. They did a great job replacing my bumper and getting rid of all the scrapes and scratches, now it looks as good as new!Thank you so much - would recommend to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t believe how easy this has all been, I didn’t even speak once to my insurance I just filled in a webform and chose auto spray from the suggested body shops as someone at my work had heard of a good experience with them.One call from them and it was booked in the same day to start work on it.One call when it was ready.Painless.I did email for an update and received an email within 20 minutes with a proposed finish date.I was provided a courtesy car for free, a vitara which was decent, thirsty but decent.Bonus points for re fitting my led bulbs, thanks.Now there’s also some bad points which I must report.Whoever cleaned my car missed a spot under the wheel arch, bloody joke! :)Also whoever unplugged my dash cam didn’t plug it back in! Tut tut.Would recommend auto spray and would definitely use again if I decide to prang my car again, saves me washing it.

I wouldn't recommend Autospray Aberdeen to anyone. Absolutely terrible service from the start. Secretary at the deck very aggressive, very rude and not interested to do her job at all . When I came to take my car back it's been covered in dust so you can't see how the job been done and there are no people how could explain anything. So finally when I washed my car I discovered the scratch 15 inches length on front bonnet. Looks like someone dragged some hose over a bonnet and scratch it. Looks terrible. So when I phoned to Autospray Aberdeen and explain the problem Secretary was aggressive again and just hang up the phone. It's unbelievable!! I would recommend people to stay away from Autospray Aberdeen !! I have never ever had such a disrespectful service in my live!!!!

Excellent service. Superb repair/replacement of my car's rear bumper, including sensors; back to being as good as new! Repairs completed through insurance (Esure) and whole process was very smooth. Also, very helpful collection of my car and drop-off of nice courtesy car. Repair took a week. Car was also valeted to high standard upon return! Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Autospray Aberdeen.

Autospray Aberdeen were honestly fantastic in repairing my car, I had my car repaired 2 weeks prior to hitting a badger, destroying my front bumper and undertray as my cars lowered, I was struggling to pay for the repair they did on my car as I had a lot of expenses to pay off but they were very patient and allowed me time to build up my finances again which took longer than I wanted to but they were really supportive throughout. I handed my car in when it was an absolute tip because I was travelling a lot for work but they went above and beyond and cleaned it out completely, it was honestly like getting a new car all over again cause of the level of repair and cleaning they have done to it also thanks for jump starting my car guys cause I left it so long.
