My first visit to Evans for an E-bike repair, first impression were good, nice, relaxed workshop. I was served by Findlay in fountain bridge branch, he was customer oriented very experienced and clearly knew his way about bikes. He suggested I could wait or go for coffee and he would call me when finished. About 30 mins later I got the call informing me that the chain was replaced explained why and my bike was ready. Brilliant service, efficient, cost effective now my go to bike shop.

Popped in this morning to see if I someone could look at my brakes and wheel after a bad fall. The guys were friendly and helpful and fixed it all in less than 10 minutes!I also get my bike serviced here and I've always received great service from them - would gladly recommend.

We came in with my son today to purchase a bike. When my dad went and asked for some help the guy behind the counter said there's a chart over there"there was no other customers in the shop clearly just couldn't be botherd to help us. Safe to say we spent our money else where."

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in with a peddal issue that was immediately resolved by the guys in the workshop. I was also in last week when my girlfriend recieved excellent guidance on getting a bike through the cycle to work scheme.Great shop and staff!

Visit to shop today, 1st time, have to say the 2 young chaps in store were 1st class, great customer interaction, advice, recommendations, and just so relaxed, credit for this shop to have 2 staff members like this, I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but our chat on best Polestar 2 roof rack options aswell as my next bike, was very much appreciated, I will purchase bike from this shop shortly.
