Really disappointed with the communication and service from this company no one ever answers the phone or responds to your e mails. Although we booked a room, paid a deposit way in advance, and received the terms and conditions of our contract. 2 weeks prior to our stay we continuously tried to contact Boutique luxury suites and apartments to ask where and when the keys could be collected. Only to be told 10 days before arrival that they had actually let someone else have the property and all we got was “sorry about that but I will refund your deposit” of which they did, In my opinion the service and communication are extremely poor and the whole process was very stressful. So Basically, don’t bother wasting your time and money on this company.

Stayed here recently for a business weekend, we hired the whole house. Was easy to find and was plenty of parking. The house itself I was very impressed by, every room was done to a very high standard. All rooms had plenty of space and was very clean. Bed was really comfy and the shower was great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look to book again if needed.

This property exceeded our expectations, we rented the whole property for all the family to get together after an awful year of lockdowns and restrictions. The property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard, all the rooms are unique.The beds were very comfy and the linen was super soft and hotel quality. The house was also spotlessly clean. The communication was great and we were provided with everything we needed before and during our stay.

WOW!!!From start to finish this whole stay was perfect, we were left high and dry by another company who we had booked the weekend with, phoned to stay here and within minutes we were booked in.As we arrived at the venue every single room was finished to one of the highest standards I have seen when it comes to an air bnb. Comfy beds, showers with great pressure in every room, it is clear to see that no expense had been spared throughout this property.The customer service was 5*The venue was 5*The sleep was 5*Access to the motorway was amazing for those travelling.We will 10000% be using here again and recommending this.Thank you.

Stayed here for the weekend recently. The cleanliness was superb, the beds were comfy and the rooms were a good size. It's a great location and easy to find parking. I highly recommend a stay here if you're after somewhere high quality that doesn't break the bank.

While the top-floor flat is finished to a high standard, we were unable to sleep during our stay due to noise from the floors below. Since this is the top floor of a converted building, internal sound travels easily throughout the property (chatter, doors banging, music, etc.). When we raised this with the YorGuest, they didn't seem willing to address the reality of the situation - which is that the experience we had was not worth the money that we paid.
