I had no hot water and heating and they arrived at short notice same day and repaired it on same visit at a reasonable price. I am thoroughly impressed at their customer service and quality workmanship and professionalism. I will be using them again and highly recommend them for boiler breakdowns and central heating repairs!</div>

They changed my motorised valve, repaired my boiler and bled air from my central heating system and cold radiators. I extremely happy with the excellent customer service, good value for money, politeness of the gas engineer and great customer service. I highly recommend Boilergurus as honest and reliable gas and heating engineers.</div>

We have been with British Gas for cover for our central heating and boiler for 12 years and really wanted to find an alternative for installing a new boiler and to service our boiler annually and for call-outs going forwards. After getting quotes and meeting a number of other companies, Boilergurus (specifically Lydia and Michael) filled me with so much confidence that they would be the best to go with. Their customer support throughout has been outstanding - communication, explanation, professionalism, approachability and attentiveness all top notch. Lydia’s handling of the documentation including guarantees, certificates and gas safety certificate has been swift and organised. Michael was great in advising us as to what boiler we needed to replace ours with. And we converted to a sealed system at the same time. He worked quickly and diligently on the installation. We are very pleased with the job. And we are pleased to have found a company that we can be sure will help us with any central heating issues going forwards - very reassuring. I would highly recommend.</div>

A very pleasant lady from Boilergurus arranged this for us on the phone and gave us a clear, fair, price. George Michal, who who came to do the job was slightly later than agreed, due to traffic problems, but phoned to let us know that he was on his way. He fixed the problem efficiently and cheerfully, also giving us some useful tips on managing our water system. All in all, we were very happy with Boilergurus.</div>

The work was carried out really well and it was finished before the time quoted and I paid the price quoted. The two engineers that came to my home worked really hard indeed. One of the engineers stayed longer to complete the work. Now I feel that we only see how a good service is, is when unforeseen circumstances arise. Due to my old pipes and previous workmanship, we had a leak. I notified Boilergurus the morning after, the engineer came back and sorted it the next day. The price paid was very competitive. The lady who I spoke to frequently was professional and very informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.</div>
