I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shmile Dental Clinic in Bromley, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone with sensitive teeth, I was quite apprehensive about my dental appointment. However, Dr. Ismail's gentle approach made the entire experience pain-free and incredibly comfortable.What truly stood out was their commitment to accommodating my last-minute appointment request. They went above and beyond to ensure I was seen promptly. During my visit, I underwent a comprehensive check-up, and Dr. Ismail took the time to explain everything clearly, alleviating any concerns I had.Not only did I receive a thorough oral health checkup, but I also required two composite fillings, which were carried out with great care. Additionally, the hygiene teeth cleaning treatment was performed, and I must admit I was quite nervous, given my long period from visiting the dentist. However, the team at Shmile Dental Clinic made me feel completely at ease and reassured throughout the entire process.Impressed by the level of service, I decided to opt for teeth whitening treatment. The digital scans of my teeth were comfortable and this tech was much better than my previous clinic' teeth impression material they used. I was also able to see my teeth in 3D on the screen which was used to show me my gum and teeth health in great detail.I can wholeheartedly recommend Shmile Dental Clinic to all my family and friends.Finding a professional, compassionate and caring local dentist like Dr. Ismail and their team has been a true blessing. Had composite bonding done here around a week or so a go and I have never been happier…. From the service till I walked out the door I was treated with so much kindness and respect. All staff were fabulous and amazing and made me feel so welcome, I’ve recommended everyone I know. The service itself has had me smiling from the minute I wake up till when I go back to sleep as I’m so pleased with them and never thought I’d have a perfect smile, but now thanks to Metin I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time! I can’t thank him and everyone enough, I’ll always pop in if I’m in the area as everyone is just so lovely… amazing family run business!

I had composite bonding done on my four front teeth at Shmile Dental Clinic. I have always had small front teeth and was very self conscious. During my consultation Dr Ismail suggested I first carry out teeth whitening so that he could better match the composite bonding to the rest of my teeth.After two weeks of whitening, I then had composite bonding on my four front teeth. I wanted a natural looking smile and Dr Ismail and his great team really delivered. The procedure was very straightforward and I really can not believe the transformation... AMAZING!!! I honestly have not smiled properly for a long time but am now checking in the mirror quite a few times a day to really check that my new smile is really mine. Thank you all at Shmile

A lovely place with such friendly staff. My experience was amazing! The facilities were clean and modern and bright which made everything feel very comfortable alongside with the lovely reception staff, great nurse & Dr Ismail, I would say overall their help really impacted on my end decision on my teeth and can’t thank them enough!! I am so happy with my results!! The aftercare was clear and helpful too! Can’t wait to go back for my checkups!

I’ve had a really positive experience at Shmile Dental Clinic. I went first time in August this year for an emergency appointment and was taken really good care of by Dr Ismail. I’ve struggled with severe phobia of dentists and hadn’t been for 14 years. And everyone was so supportive and understanding of my phobia, they’re just fantastic. I’ve since been back to have a scale and polish done and I’m so incredibly happy. They’ve helped me overcome my phobia and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist that is professional and supportive. So, a week ago. I experienced terrible dental pain and was taking pain medication round the clock. My close friend suggested to contact Shmile Dental Clinic in Bromley as she had an amazing experience with them a few months ago. I phoned them and straight away they were able to book me an appointment. And all I can say folks, this is the BEST DENTAL CLINIC ever. Can’t thank them enough. I had my wisdom and molar toot extraction last Monday and I had an amazing and pain-less experience. From the reception staff, nurses to the expert dentists, Dr. Ishmail and especially Dr. Halil who were really helpful and caring throughout the procedure. I hated going to the dentist growing up but with them I just felt relaxed and at ease surprisingly. I didn’t regret travelling all the way from Central London to Bromley just to experience their excellent and expert services. Would definitely go back and refer them as well to my family and friends.

After getting composite bonding, I went back to Shmile to get my wisdom teeth out. Dr Ismail and nurse Nicola were really reassuring and kept checking up on me throughout. I was shocked how quickly and painlessly they got my teeth out (the first two in about 10 seconds each!). Another great experience at Shmile!

I needed a tooth extraction urgently. I am glad I found Shmile Dental Clinic. I got an appointment on the same day for my tooth to be extracted. The receptionist was very kind and caring.
