Gullivers Sports Travel

I have used Gullivers several times and they are a great crew. Very friendly and available to answer your questions. When you are away on the tour staff are available and you are looked after. You can book in confidence with these guys.

We have used Gullivers twice, most recently for the France versus England game. The price was excellent value for money and the hotel was in a great location. We chose to arrange our own transport, but found every aspect of the Gullivers service to be first class. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Thank you so much for the clear communication and ease of booking throughout our trip to Rome. We really appreciate the flexibility in booking so we could extend our stay for valentines.We had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate in booking with you again. This was our second attempt at going obviously the first didn’t happen due to covid however; that was with another package provider and we are so pleased it fell through.Very professional and courteous staff! After my husbands trip with Gullivers on the British Lions Tour of New Zealand 2017 we decided to give them another try and book England vs Italy Rugby in Rome last weekend, game was 4th February 2018. We booked the tour, cheaper than the RFU (but believe me we will be using RFU in future as the guide was at the hotel everyday and extremely helpful) Gullivers were not seen at all, oh wait, except to hand out match tickets on that morning. Not helpful anyway what so ever. I broke my ankle before the trip and we told them.. apart from 'awww' there was no 'help' or guidance at all... nothing.. Getting from Airport to hotel was not great. There was no transport laid on (the money you pay you would expect 'something') getting to and from Game on Sunday...Getting away from Stadium in Rome was nightmare, they said there are more trams laid on, this was not correct. I've written to the RFU letting them know the young man the RFU had at our hotel in Rome (Massimo) was absolutely amazing and so very helpful and concerned. He even advised some great restaurants and how to buy our tickets for trains/trams, gave me a poncho when it was raining, how wonderful. Nothing from Gullivers. We will not be using them again. They are cheaper but believe me not engaging or helpful..

So happy with Mellisas' help in getting a F1 Monza package in Italy!! So excited!! Highly appreciated and recommend them ❤️

I had 2 tickets to Scotland-Romania Rugby World Cup booked with Gullivers for later in the year . I found out in November that I have a terminal diagnosis and was initially told I had about 6 months left .So I decided I'd better start sorting things out and I called Gullivers to cancel the trip . I had paid just over half the holiday and was told that I would only be entitled to approximately a £25 refund . They did suggest passing the holiday on to a friend or family and getting them to go and pay the rest off . I refused the £25 refund because it felt like an insult.Gullivers don't seem like a customer oriented company, more a money oriented one .They did wish me all the best with my treatment and hoped it went well. It's terminal, it doesn't get better. But thanks

We used Gullivers for the British Grand Prix, great service everything went as planned, will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
