Purchased a present for my daughter- brilliant service, lovely antique silver pieces available. I couldn't be happier with Bryan Douglas and will be more than thrilled to be a repeat customer.

Addendum: After leaving this well deserved 1 star review - magically - 3 new 5 star reviews appeared within days of each other & one of the reviews for Bryan Douglas is from none other than David Bryan. Of course I am certain that Mr. Bryan is completely unrelated to Bryan Douglas Antiques, as this would be unethical.On to the review:I can only describe my dealings with Bryan Douglas as disappointing & unpleasant, so much so that I was left with few options but to complain to Lapada (professional trade association of art & antiques dealers in the UK.)In the end I was informed by Lapada’s representative that the Lapada Board agreed with me & recommended that Bryan Douglas provide me with a partial refund for the less than satisfactory purchase.Regardless, taking into consideration all the grief I went through & all the time I wasted, I wish I had never heard of Bryan Douglas.

Purchased a lovely silver present for my wife from Bryan Douglas, could not be happier … they were very helpful and patient, great service & many thanks, highly recommended.
