The receptionist cancelled my appointment without a notification, because I was busy at work and could not pick up her call, she gave a call to request a payment for treatment two days before the treatment was going to happen.It was not a reservation fee, according to her voicemail. It was full examination and treatment fee of around £90She mentioned: because we now have so many cancellations, you have to pay for your treatment upfront

Shocking ! When i first joined this practice all seemed promising but a lot of things kept going wrong in addition to appointments being cancelled by them . I have quite sensitive teeth and the dentist knows that but frequently put me through painful appointments which shouldnt happen in this day and age. I reminded her of the sensitivity issue at every appointment and had to insist on anesthesia which was sometimes a battle. On one appointment I said I didnt want to go through with it if it was going to be as painful as other times - she said it would be fine then decided to go over the most sensitive one with a polisher and I nearly went through the roof ! I once had a clean booked with the dentist at the end of the day as I was working. It was the quickest, roughest and most painful clean I ever had and the densist was driving off before I even left the practice. I decided to get some composite bonding done to help with sensitivity. At first i was pleased with the asthetics of it but bits were falling off fairly soon after it was put on. Then the pandemic started and they were not seeing patients. I emailed them for the record but got no response. When they started taking appointments again I had some repair work done. On one occasion I looked in the mirror before I left the chair and discovered that my centre front tooth was a completely different colour to the rest. The dentist re did it as I insisted I couldnt walk around like that. On another occasion she blamed it on the fact that my other teeth had discoloured ! (there are lots of different shades of composite and the dentist should match it) My last appointment was to have 2 further teeth done and waited a long time for it and paid a deposit at the previous appointment. When I got home I realised only one tooth had been done .(i questioned it and they insisted the appointment was for only one tooth) . Further repair work was again a different colour. I then got a text asking for feedback to help them improve their service. At this point and as I was invited to do so I felt I should but they didnt like what I told them ,basically denied everything and suggested I found another dentist. Oh, and after telling me to find another dentist they retorted that the warranty on my composite bonding had run out (they never even told me i had a warranty and in any case the best part of it would have been when they were not seeing patients through the pandemic so they should really have extended it)

As a new customer I expected a reasonable service. My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled - a month or so later. This too was cancelled and I had to reschedule again. The last straw was when this one too was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice….at which time I decided to cut my losses and try somewhere else.

I was referred to the practice by my usual sister dentist for undergoing Clear Correct brace as that wasn’t a service they offered. It’s a bit out of my way, but they make the journey worth it! The staff have only ever been so lovely. I’ve been to the dentist and hygienist there, both very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and provide after care advise. I can’t wait to continue my brace treatment with them! I also was introduced to the Practice Manager Claudia who was so lovely to stop and chat to me. Was just such a friendly environment. Probably one of the best dentists I’ve been to!

I was greeted by the professional, helpful, friendly reception team. Radha the dentist explained the procedure and also advised what needed to be done in the future to ensure I wouldn’t experience the mishap again. Radha is always friendly, professional and helpful.
