We have been let down by another printing shop who failed to advise on time that they werent able to complete our order in the agreed timeframe and we had to find another provider who would print 5 large banners for the conference the next day in the next few remaingin business hours. Contacted DublinPrint at around 4pm and explained the urgency of the situation to the manager. He was extremely accomodating and promised to have our order completed that evening. He called us at 8pm to say that the order was completed and we can pick it up, basically saving our presenation the next morning. Didnt charge us premium or any extras for the late hours and the quality was perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you, Alexander and the team

Sent an email the day before for an urgent print job due to it advertising same day printing, needed it by 12 the following day. I called about 11.30, and the guy said He didn't know what order I was talking about. However I showed him the email, and he said to call back in 1 hr. He stood to his word, they were ready when I came back. Nice guy to deal with.

The staff is rude, as i have a lot of to printing and can't sent all in one go, he looks very impatient, and said iwaste his times, and charged me 15 euros for 130copy,which is much more than listing prices. will never go there again

I got a thesis printed here. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and top quality hard copy binding. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great.the man running it is very sound.I only needed 5 posters done and paid online. I was going to collect and had to get them posted instead.I rang him up and asked if he would change to post and sent me a pay link for the postage charge and he said no bother. I couldn't get the pay link working and he said he had already sent the posters and not to worry as the postage charge was minimal. What a gent

This review is long overdue but better late than never. After searching high and low for a place that does canvas printing for a decent price, I found this shop. I needed 3 photos printed onto (20x30cm sized) canvases for Christmas. I had unfortunately left it till the 16th of December to place my order so I was expecting it to only get here after Christmas as driving down to pick it up wasn’t an option (I was working everyday leading up to Christmas). I had made the order and the next day I got a phone call, from who I assume was the manager or owner, explaining that I had uploaded the same picture 3 times rather than 3 different pictures. I don’t know many places that would take the time to call to check the order is correct and I really appreciated this as it would’ve been money wasted if I’d gotten the same picture printed on 3 canvases, intended for 1 person. A few days passed and I came to terms with the fact I may not get the canvases in time for Christmas (completely understandable as I left it till the week before Christmas). A couple days before Christmas however, I received all 3 canvases in the mail, VERY securely wrapped! The quality was incredible! They weren’t shiny or glossy, they had a sort of matte look to them which I really liked as it almost made the printed pictures look like paintings. The person they were intended for took the pictures on her morning runs and had recently been extremely sick so was unable to run for a couple months. She was nearly in tears seeing how beautiful the canvases turned out. 3 20x30cm canvases plus shipping (to a Dublin suburb) cost me just under €93. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I would also like to add that we’ve had these canvases hanging above our staircase for a few months now and they have been knocked down the stairs countless times, yet are still in amazing condition. Apologies for such a long review.
