Storefront

Placed an online order and did not receive tracking information (was not informed that the item was sent tracked). After a month, I had still not received the item and contacted Storefront via their Instagram page to resolve the issue. Tracking information was finally provided and it turned out delivery had been attempted while I was out. By this time, however, the item had been returned to sender and it was impossible to arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail.No return label was affixed to the parcel, so my order has been written off altogether (no way to arrange redelivery, sender has to communicate with Royal Mail). I have not received a refund and Storefront are now ignoring all of my efforts to contact them. This is particularly disappointing customer service.2/5 stars because I acknowledge that the item was originally posted to the correct address. I would have appreciated better communication from the start, however, as if I had been given tracking information as soon as the item was posted, I would have known to collect my order from the sorting office (again, not Storefront's fault that no message about parcel collection was left by Royal Mail) after delivery had been attempted. I would also strongly recommend that Storefront begin putting a return address on parcels as this would have made the situation a much easier fix.Finally, there is seemingly no way to contact the store other than through their Instagram page. They are now no longer responding to my efforts to communicate with them, which is especially disappointing as I have been left out of pocket.I would be wary purchasing online from this business.

The staff in my experience have been really friendly, polite and helpful.The store has a kind of 90's vibe, a nice atmosphere.The clothing itself contemporary yet retro feeling all at once. Great designs!

Lovely shop with really nice variety of clothes . Great to see young people doing something positive , Connor was a great help to my son, will be back for sure.
