I-Dental

Would be five stars if it was open longer. Treatment is thorough with lots of advice on looking after teeth. Can't fault service from friendly receptionist to excellent dentist - but if you need treatment on a Monday or Tuesday, I'm not sure where you go!

Awful place, very unprofessional staff,now have a big problems with my teeth.I don't recommend it!!

Very friendly service. Make you feel completely at ease if you're nervous in any way. I put off going to a dentist for years and finally decided I had to and I am so glad I did! Can't praise this place enough really! Excellent in every way.

I have a tooth that needs to be took out and they supposed to refer me to the hospital but instead they told me to ring the orthodontics which they ain't trained for that

Arrived on time for my appointment but was told to come back 5 minutes later. When I did no one answered my repeated knocks on the door. Had to stand outside past my appointment time because of poor staffing.

This place is a disaster , I had partial treatment no follow up never listened to my comments now left in a worse position feeling lost , and now only open 2 days a week . Avoid .

Said I talked over her on the phone bear in mind I'm partly deaf so she put an aggressive part next to my name every time I ring went for my appointment so they told me about it I was trying to tell him my problems but I can't hear properly they weren't taking no for an answer they were just trying to shout at me the two of them I got upset and the dentist was holding the door wouldn't let me leave I think they were being aggressive with me

Update: Wow! How wrong I was!! They didn’t do as they promised, and so no hospital referral occurred. I have for the past three weeks suffered hell from a bone AND sinus infection, thanks to the negligence of this practice. False promises become apparent. It is now obvious that you cared not one jot for my well being. Thanks for nothing.Ignore the negative reviews! The practice has employed new staff members since those experiences. The new team are very friendly and helpful, and a superbly professional dentist (German lady) is now in place. They helped me today after I suffered a dental emergency and was referred there.. An X-Ray was taken and the issue explained to me in a caring and informative manner. I’d have given 5 stars for the practice as whole but feel that it could do with a renovation and make-over to bring it up to full marks. The staff themselves get the full 5. Highly recommended.
