Friendly staff, happy to to talk about the service you need an the best options.Knowledgeable about the wide range of services offered.At time they can be busy so some time frames may be longer than you might expect. However, that should speak more to the quality they provide.Used many times, never found a reason to stop going back

Developed some photos at the booth this afternoon and they were all dented. The first few were worst with the marks very obvious. The rest had a few marks on them but still quite obvious. When I pointed it out to the man at the Timpsons counter where I was to pay he kept saying he couldn't see anything. I said I didn't want them and as I was about to leave I heard him laughing at me. I asked if he found it amusing that my photos were damaged and he again argued that he didn't see anything and refused to look again because he had put them under the counter, possibly in a bin. He was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate to say nothing of argumentative and down right rude.

Visited Sainsbury in Stirling this afternoon to get boots reheeled. The young guy at Timpson counter was excellent, pleasant in manner, helpful and competent. The boots were ready at time stated and looked good. He also answered queries re getting a car key cut explaining the reason for different costs, why you need to take that car to the store to allow chip to be cloned and how long job would take. I will be heading back in a couple of days to get key cut, where else would I go?

Always an excellent service from the professional young men at this outlet. A real credit to Timpsons. They give me straight helpful advice when I ask. Their customer service ability is excellent.
