Went here to get my nails and pedicure. So rude that we decided to just leave. Will never go here again!

I've been here several times and usually it's really good for the price. I'm not going back again now though, bad experience from the last 2 appointments - one where I waited 45 mins and then ended up having to choose several different colours as I was told they were all no good (clearly a stock quality check needed to be done) and a range of colours waived in my face that were nothing like what I wanted and she looked annoyed. When doing the nails the woman cut my fingers when filing and didn't even apologise despite that I was obviously in pain, and when taking them off again, one nail was painful and I flinched from over use of the hot filing tool and there was no apology again, she just looked at me like I was stupid. She filed my nails so unprofessionally it was laughable. The staff are quite rude and just sit talking to each other, they are very dismissive. A shame as I had a few appointments which were ok and they were polite but too many poor experiences now, I'd rather pay a bit more. I don't think they really care about customer service because they get so many walk ins and are cheap. Cash only...

Brilliant however, be prepared to wait at least 1hour to be seen with or without an appointment. Booked one for myself and still had to wait 45 mins for them to finish their last client.Sat mornings- arrive well before opening at 9am!

Very impressed with the speed at what the lovely lady did my acrylic nails. Even more impressed with how long they lasted considering I had 2 very busy weddings where not one nail broke off. They are now ready to be removed but will definitely be using this place again!

Rude. Went in and asked if she could take down some of the length of my nails. Waited 15 mins… sat to get them done and she got out the electric drill to completely cut the nail back! I asked if she couldn't do it with a manual file as I didn’t want to loose the shape.. she said no.. got up and sat infront of her colleague to start her own nails.

I'm really happy with this place. I've been doing my nails here for over 4 years. They always understand the assignment, and their prices are fair. They accept both walk-ins and appointments. Definitely recommend

This little place does a wonderful, lasting job on nails, much better than most places I have been. The couple that runs it are very nice and attentive to detail. Custom work is amazing! They always squeeze me in even if there is a wait. I won't go anywhere else! However, they can get busy fast so I recommend booking in advance. There is only one pedicure chair so I would not recommend for groups.

Overall, the staff were friendly and nice. My experience was pleasant, however my nails weren’t long lasting. My nails should’ve been fine for at least two weeks but they were peeling and chipping quite quickly, I had to get a nail touched up after a week (which I will say they were absolutely happy to do it was not an issue at all). I’m not sure I will be returning just because I am paying money to have my nails last, however I’ve had acrylic nails here in the past that lasted much longer.
