Roundbrand Ltd Windows and Doors

The installer recommended by Roundbrand has let me down a couple of times. Trying to get Roundbrand to answer the phone is also difficult, I was going to buy extra doors from them, however due to my experience I won't be doing that and can't recommend...

We have used Roundbrand numerous times now, as we have slowly replaced all our windows and doors through them.The quality of the windows and doors have been great and the prices are excellent. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.The fitters are independent, but we have never had a problem with them turning up on time or with them coming back to fix a slight draft etc... after the initial installation.

Beware of hidden costs. Bought upstairs window & back door & fitted. Got quoted £900 and to pay fitter when he came. Fitter came on day got £170 to pay them and got told was £228 incl VAT which we thought was already included. NOT HAPPY. Also we had to chase them to get a fitting date and was not given a time when fitters would be turning up. Rang roundbrand to complain about price and was told thats what it is although we were not told. NEVER AGAIN.

3rd time i've used Roundbrand. Fast service, easy to deal with, good product.

Sadly, this is an edited review, as what I have actually done is spent a lot of money replacing draughty old windows and doors for new draughty windows and doors. I won't be contacting Roundbrand to receive the standard reply that my issue is with the installer.One window cracked the day after installation, and that's my fault apparently. So I had to buy a replacement, it's now well over a year since i ordered the replacement, and more than 6 months since my last of many promised visits to install it, and sort out the areas where gaps allow in draughts. With winter now approaching, and the draughts more noticeable, I will engage the services of a reputable professional, to sort it all out.In I will use a more customer focused supplier, for the remaining windows and doors I still need to replace.

Text me an hour before they were due to come and give me a quote saying they was running late, I text them back just to say OK keep me up to date on a time and that was that they have never got back to me even though I have text again, very odd and rude, there loss 2 houses and a shop front they won't be getting.
