O2 Shop Lisburn

Got a new pay and go phone for my husband. Was told to go to another store and pay to have it set up as they don't do that and they were very busy. Only went to the O2 shop as I thought they would help. Will go to Curry's in future.

Received exceptional customer service from Marty O’Neill in the Lisburn store. Knowledgeable and patient when explaining steps to upgrading contracts. Had issues online when trying to transfer mobile number to the new contract so returned to the store the following day and Marty was more than happy to help again and guide us through the process. Deserves to be in a senior position based on knowledge and service.

I would very much like to thank Martin . I called in yesterday as I wanted to upgrade my phone. He had loads of patience ,loads of knowledge and an all round lovely guy. Nothing was too much for him. I did get a text message for feedback but was unable to complete so I want this to be noted that you have a great guy there .

Highly disappointed with the service in this store today! Had to return this morning after spending an hour the day before upgrading my phone which has broken. They had forgotten to give me the sim card out of my old phone which meant I had no data, couldn't receive or make calls or send texts. No apology given by the girl who dealt with me for the inconvenience and furthermore, I had not been made aware of the free Fitbit given with the purchase of the phone which I upgraded too!!! I had to enquire about it and was handed a leaflet and told instructions where on the back which are practically unreadable. The girl dealing with me could have cared less and this type of service is unacceptable especially after I had paid so much money to upgrade! Better training of staff and more customer support needed in this store!!?

My husband and I called in to purchase a sim only phone deal today in the Lisburn shop and we were very impressed by Nathan, the assistant who helped us make the purchase. He was extremely helpful and clear in his explanations of suitable deals. His treatment of my husband, who suffered a stroke last year and has mobility problems,was second to none- kind, courteous, patient and genuinely interested in us as people. Thank you for making our purchase such a pleasant experience.

My brother had to get his phone sorted out as there was issues with the insurance for his phone, shout-out to Ben who has only been working at the store for 4 weeks who was extremely helpful and patient and very good at his job, Jonny and another man who’s name we didn’t catch were also very helpful and got us the details we needed to sort out issue. Thank You!
