Called today to arrange a viewing, the agent was very rude, and reluctant to arrange a viewing. If I was a landlord I would never advertise my property with this agency. Losing potential tenants, through terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- Rude Staff. Initially, I was extremely happy about a property that was listed through this state agents. Upon an initial call to arrange a viewing, I was able to view such property although I had to remind the estate agents several times to send me the full address details and to confirm the appointment time. The property was shown to me by the manager/owner of the state agents who was very kind. I placed an offer on the property and sent through all the documents requested in a promptly manner as I was extremely interested. I heard nothing from them in days... not one email, not one call... waited and waited until I decided to call and they kept telling me they were reviewing the application. A few more days went by when I called them again and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was trying to rush me off the phone, telling me “the landlord was not pleased with your details, I don’t have time to speak to you right now, bye bye bye...” I asked her to please give me more details and she hanged up on me. My flat mate, who at the time was also moving with me called up and received the exact same treatment. This lady did not care and I decided to make a complaint. When I spoke to her manager, he listened to what I had to say however said that “it’s not a big deal, things happen” and subsequently apologised after I told him how insulted we felt by the way her colleague treated us. The lady did not care and the manager did not take into account the way that the spoke to us. If that’s the level of service a company is offering then why are then even open? Extremely unprofessional behaviour and rude staff, I also highlighted the point that I had to move as soon as possible to avoid paying additional rent at my previous property However they could not care less and kept me waiting for ages. If only 0 starts would be an option I would have done so. A message to the owner of this estate agents is to review it’s personnel carefully and pay attention. Only bad recommendations go to this company.

We’ve had a really great experience with Harmens. We lived in a flat managed by them for over two year and have always had help with anything that we asked for. Everybody we had to deal with have always been very friendly, polite and helpful every time. I recommend them 100%.

i have been a tenant with this agency for 4 years and I would highly reccomend them.They are super efficient with any of your problems and are always there to help you. also problems that you might have in the house, like techinical issues, they always react fast and help you with everything.

Estate agent was very good at giving us time to go through the inventory and was very honest about the flat.

BEWARE of this letting agency, Amer Noor the manager and employee Amna of this agency is very disrespectful, has no customer service and are indirectly discriminative, they deliberately failed to provide vital information until a fortnight before potential moving in date such as deposits and rent in advance which goes against consumer rights law and is willing to refused a young woman as well as NHS worker who is urgently looking for a property and has all my personal information which I am extremely uncomfortable about. Worse experience with this place.

Excellent Agency, I would say one of the best you can find in London!! I have leaved at one of their apartment for more than 7 years and I am very happy with them. They’re always there to assist with anything happens and respond immediately to any issues that might arise. I would strongly recommend it!
