We've now had two separate jobs completed for us by Alpine Glass. Both were handled brilliantly by Caroline and Martin from start to finish. Job 1 was a brand new Solidor door at the front of our property, engagement with them throughout the process was fantastic and we absolutely love the finished result. So much so that when we suffered damage to our conservatory roof earlier this year the first company we contacted to supply and fit a replacement roof were Alpine. However job 2 actually went from fitting a new glass roof to a full house refit of all windows as well as a new back door, so it turned into a big job. To say we're pleased with the finished product would be selling it short. They've delivered a perfect job for their customer yet again, from initial enquiry right through to fitting we simply cannot fault their work. Brilliant company, brilliant staff. Thank you Alpine!!!! PS Doing this work in the depths of winter in an extremely cold area of the country with such a positive attitude only serves to further prove how great you are.

It is for me a refreshing experience when tradespeople turn up when they say they are going to, do a excellent job and charge a good price. Alpine Glass tick all the boxes and are a top drawer company. We are really pleased with the job. Martin and Caroline were delightful throughout.

I had six different companies in total to quote me for six sash style replacement windows, including the larger well known companies in Yorkshire. Alpine glass were the best on price and service.I liked the fact that they weren't a huge company, but a local family company. Windows were fitted brilliantly within a couple of weeks of placing the order. Windows are great quality and have really improved the look of my period property. Fitters were excellent and very neat and left no mess. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I recently had a new solidor fitted by Alpine. Right from the beginning they have been professional and polite. Martin who came to do the job first called to check on the door, was on time, advised me clearly and then I visited their office. Within a couple of weeks I had my door delivered and fitted. Chose Alpine following a string of good reviews for our windows and doors and we are more than happy with our decision. An honest straightforward company to deal with through Caroline who provided us with exactly what we asked for with a detailed quote which we tweaked a few times. Attention to detail and respect for covering carpets and cleaning up by Martin the fitter really made this top notch and he worked tirelessly through a sustained injury to complete the windows without compromising his quality of work. All 12 windows and 2 doors measured perfectly and any small issues encountered due to the nature of our old house were overcome effortlessly.With so many companies out there and many with dubious track records we are so glad we chose alpine and from the start were never in doubt we had chosen correctly. After having my window damaged i was in need of a replacement window . I was recommended to call Alpine Glass from my neighbour who had used Alpine Glass to install new widows.I contacted the office and my call was answered promptly and efficiently and within 3hrs of my call i had an engineer at my house. He inspected the damage and said he would be back the very next day. True to his word he arrived on time and within the hour my window was sorted. I would like to recommend this company for their great level of customer service and excellent workmanship.

Sometimes you have to go with your instincts, and this was the case when we used Alpine Glass for new front and back doors a few months ago. We had received quotes from a few companies, mostly of a similar price. A few companies had been recommended to us, but Alpine were not in this group. However, from initial enquiry onwards Caroline and Martin came across very well and my instinct told me to use them, and I am glad that I did.The work was carried out to a very high standard, on time and without any drama.Because of the service we had received, the decision to use Alpine again when we wanted new windows was easy to make, and we have not been disappointed. When we changed the design several times after the initial enquiry all changes were made without any issue.We were kept fully updated with regards to timing, and once an installation date came the work was carried out in a very professional manner.I would have no hesitation in recommending Alpine Glass.
