The girl /woman who dealt with me was very good she did everything to make my experience at Parks a good one very polite and knew what she was talking about I have to go back and get a clutch master cylinder replaced and she explained everything so I could understand it all you have an excellent employee there as I have no doubt they all are as they all seem to be happy and polite in their work

The car hand over was not up to standard as there was no explanation of the car and the boot liner was not present as they were out of stock but the salesman did not say that. Wendy was excellent but she was off sick when we went to pick up the car

Service and MOT appointment easily made by phone. Car picked up and courtesy car left just as requested, Kept well informed of my cars progress throughout the day. Excellent service as far as I`m concerned.
