Unique Nails and Beauty Salon

got my nails done here on friday, beautiful set as always but i didn’t get the name of the woman who did my nails and i’m disappointed because she did such a good job.

Terrible terrible service. Avoid if you want to keep your nails, go ahead if you want stylish mani. They are good at acrylic & mani But they will destroy your nails in the process. 40quid to remove gel nail polish and a shoddy mani pedi!!! My nails look awful now. They didn't even file it or shape it correctly. The tech were busy yapping with other techs or pretending to not speak English. I still have gel on my nails. When I asked them to remove they said they cant remove but will replace with more gel.. It was my second visit, i won't be returning.

I’ve been using Unique on Lincoln street for many years. I don’t live in Nottingham but I’ve failed to find another salon that I’m comfortable with so also come back. The staff are externally friendly accommodating for my disability and help advise when I’m struggling for inspiration. Today I decided to treat myself to their new salon, I only went in for a pedicure and infills but have been following the salon on Instagram and was intrigued by their new hair therapy. So I asked if they had time to fit me in. They certainly did and not only did I enjoy a beautiful hair wash but also a body massage and facial. I’ve walked out feeling relaxed and fresh. The staff certainly haven’t disappointed thank you so much for your kindness and supper expertise! Can’t wait for my birthday vouchers so I can book straight back in!! 100% recommended the new treatments on offer the salon is so beautiful a lot of thought has gone into designing the salon!

Had pedicure with gel which was great staff that did it was friendly, then I also had acrylics which again was fine. But my two daughter one had fulll set of acrylics and just gel on toes and my other daughter had pedicure with gel and full set acrylics...the gel on there toes lasted few days whilst we was abroad so wasnt happy as obviously couldn't pop bk into shop and in regards to that specially for cost! and then when it come to paying I realised the pink tips on fingers I had must of been the most expensive gel they use! as it was £40 something noticed they never advise if u have this type gel its more etc! And my daughter had a tiny daisy on two fingers it was £7! Anyway I paid the £194 but the lady was like errrrr we need cash as with your daughters having 10% discount (as aged 9& 10)we only take cash for this?! I said we'll it doesn't state on your sign so I'm paying card! Found this to be more money making! So yes shame as I enjoyed my pedicure and my nails did last. But wouldn't return.

They really take their time to make sure you leave the store with the nail you want to. I strongly recommend you this place. Alex did an amazing job see picture below.

Absolutely love coming here! My best friend and I treat ourselves to new nails every month and sometimes with the wackiest designs. Lovely staff and great work!

Best place in notts. They do any design you can think of, also very talented & patient. Always super kind & talkative! Love this place, not been anywhere else for over 15 years! ❤️
