An excellent vets we have used for over a year now. The staff and nurses are exceptionally polite and helpful and really care about the animals, and all very knowledgeable. The vets are brilliant and provide excellent care with good advice for owners. Parking is good at the front and rear of the building.

Absolutely lovely, caring, accommodating, cat-friendly staff that really care about their fuzzy patients.I brought one of my cats to this branch for the first time this afternoon, and unfortunately she became incredibly stressed when we arrived and seemed to be having a panic attack. They immediately recognised that she was distressed, and whisked us into a quiet exam room and out of the waiting area.After her examination and diagnosis, the vet made sure we had as much time as we needed to sit in the room quietly by ourselves and calm (her) down before the journey home. The vet brought her a bowl of water in case she was thirsty, and turned up the air conditioner to help cool her off.Was really impressed by how much everyone cared about her and went above and beyond to make sure she was OK and as comfortable as possible.Five stars! I’d give them six if I could!

Been coming to Harris Hill and Gibbons for 13 years after leaving Garston Veterinary practice who’s reception team were unaccomodating, uncaring, arrogant and rude, the vet also indifferent and ignorant.The team at Harris Hill were by stark contrast professional, sensible, caring and welcoming.When I recently lost my elderly Doberman they kindly sent me a bereavement card.The reception team are friendly, accommodating (I have visited many, many times over the last 13 years)and approachable.Thank you team!
