The Art Works did a superb job of reframing my A0 size print for me, the work was of very high quality and the turnaround time was beyond what I expected. They also made sure I knew exactly what they were going to do and consulted me on any changes they thought would improve the job. I used The Art Works to frame a rare and expensive art print imported from the US. When I brought the piece in, they used their vast expertise to suggest and explain a range of the most practical and attractive options available, all within the budget I had available. They were very friendly and flexible with their service and kept me informed as to the status of their progress. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back to The Art Works for all of my framing needs.

Massively impressed with the team at The Art Works for the job they did framing a signed Rugby League shirt for me. Not only was the service friendly and efficient but the end product is fantastic. They have truly created a family heirloom and at a very competitive price too. I would highly recommend them for all your framing needs.

Excellent product and customer care is all we ask in this competitive environment and I can say their USP, is excellent products, great advice, engaging and friendly. Martin and his colleagues genuinely care about what they put out and how well they do their job, it’s all we ask…the extra effort is the cherry on top and l just want to say thank you I just wish I had more wall space and pictures to frame

I would highly recommend The Artworks in Otley for the superb quality framing service they offer. Martin gave brilliant advice on choosing frames, mounts and glass and the attention to detail has really made a difference to enhance the prints that my husband bought me for my Birthday. The final results are absolutely stunning and I certainly would not hesitate to return in the future. Extremely competitively priced.

I gave the Art Works what I thought was a tricky commission: mounting and framing a set of antique Soviet postcards. They did an incredible job that far exceeded my expectations (already high due a great piece they did for me previously). Their creative touches and skilled use of top quality materials have really enhanced my artworks and made something striking and unique. Friendly staff and a beautiful showroom (with its own parking!) too.

Wanted a mount for my diamond painting. He helped me choose. Cut it there and then. Fantastic service. Would recommend for all frames and mounts. There's even a carpark, which is great in the middle of Otley. Well worth a visit.
