After seeking out the ideal second car for us, we made contact with lookers, and were referred to Joe Pepper. He called to introduce himself, and he was waiting at the arranged appointment time with the car ready and available to show to us and test drive. He also helped us in our decision-making by allowing us to try his own vehicle for size and Accessibility. Having decided to purchase our car with Joe, the whole process went very smoothly, not to mention enabling its hand over to us very quickly indeed. Excellent service Mini team!
