This place is amazing. I booked a pregnancy massage for myself as a treat for maternity leave, and it was so worth every single penny.I had a full body pregnancy massage from Por, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. A massage during pregnancy can feel quite vulnerable, but not once did she make me feel awkward or nervous- she has the most warm personality and I’m so glad I chose to come here on recommendation. I can’t wait to come back, and I will be telling everyone I know about it.

I have had two facials at the Little Buddha Retreat and both times they have been amazing. The premises is decorated beautifully and the treatment rooms are very cosy and comfortable. I especially love the mini massages in between the facial. One of my favourite places to visit for a facial on the Island. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves or treat a family member/friend. I look forward to coming back again soon!

I've loved going to Little Buddha Retreat for their amazing deep tissue massages that really relieves aches and pains. When I found out I was pregnant, I thought I'd miss out, until I found out they do pregnancy massages too!! They're incredibly relaxing and relieves those pregnancy aches and pains. Thank you so much, you're all very talented and very accommodating too. Lovely group of people!! Couldn't recommend more!

I mean, where do I begin? I’ve been to a few Thai massage spots in big cities on the mainland and this is by far the best that I’ve been to.From the moment you enter and walk past the little water fountain you feel like you’re transported to a different place. Looks very unassuming from the outside, but once you’ve stepped in, youwouldn’t believe you were still in East Cowes.Very friendly staff who want to provide you with an intimate and personalised experience; they really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and pampered.They pay a lot of attention to detail unlike a lot of other places. You really feel like you’ve paid for a luxury 5 star experience.Can’t recommend this little gem enough and seems as though they are getting the recognition they deserve!
