I got in contact with Owen after doing my basic SSI Free Diving in Turkey and was hooked. He’s a very knowledgeable and pleasant teacher. Despite having got into freediving diving my ‘mid life crisis’ I feelWelcome and part of the group. We mix up the static and dynamic and it really makes me feel alive after attending a session. Just being in water is my happy place! I am looking forward to getting out into open water again and putting what I’ve learnt into practice. If you are within driving distance of Poole I’d say GFI!
