Myself & my partner moved into out apartment just over 2yrs ago, which is a shared ownership with Two Rivers. Ever since we moved in we have had nothing but problems, repairs after repairs and no rush to come and sort any of it out we have a 20mth old toddler aswell. Communal area has issues of not a secure safe fire door, flooring pulling up which has been reported by us and inspectors several times yet nothing being done about it! Broken windows, damp & mould coming into house..... reported several times aswell and no-one has been out. We pay you £40 a month service charge to do things to the property and yet no one bothers to come out or no one replies to our complaints. Im seriously getting fed up of you happily taking our money but never coming to sort the problems. I wish we never brought the place. What we thought was our dream first home has turned into a disappointment. Several inspectors have been out on your behalf to report about the building i know there is issues as they have told me and reported it back to you but you have not done anything. My partner sent a email last night stating the problems again and saying we will stop pay. Now all of a sudden we have a reply and someone may come out next week!

under staffed and I assume therefore underfunded, whilst polite and helpful over the phone they don't have the staff to do any maintenance or solve any queries, very concerning when dealing with properties

two rivers are bone idle and like telling lies to cover their own backs they promised to send a cleaning company around my flat when I had raw sewerage in my bathroom caused by a blockage in the sewer they did eff all about it and expects me to put up or shut up I'm seeking legal advice against their lack of knowledge about health and safety

Reporting damp and mold on our ceiling roof in the kitchen resulted in a 5 day wait for someone to come out. When they did arrive no problem was found and we were left being told we needed to clean it ourselves, a few days after cleaning the mold off the very damp ceiling parts of it are falling down into the kitchen, water is dripping every few seconds into the kitchen, called two rivers who advised this is a Non urgent repair and call back the following day, they could not even be bothered to take notes on the current call with them at the time.**Update 9 Months on we are still waiting for this to be fixed fully after the celing was replaced a month ago and left with 2 - 3 inch gaps between the wall an the new plaster boarding.....

We have lived in a bungalow now for six months, in that time we have to call out almost 30 times for repairs. The bungalow was given to us in terrible condition and our clothes and furniture have been destroyed by damp which we were told wasn’t real until it nearly flooded my mothers bedroom. Our kitchen floor was crumbling away and every time me or my mother call up we get fobbed off or faced by rude staff. The surveyors ate completely incompetent and tried to say my mothers bathroom that she had put would have to be taken up because it wasn’t up to standard to which we knew was as we had all the spec. Both my mental and physical health has suffered and so has my mothers as we are both disabled. I’m absolutely appalled by this disgusting organisation.

Lied to me about there being no abestos in my property so I signed the tenancy, when I finally got the survey results, it's in every ceiling. I could've hung something up in my child's room!!!!! Shocking and disgusting, strongly advise you all ask for a copy of your survey results! As clearly two rivers don't put you or your health first!

A company that has fallen so far from what they started off as. Left without heating and hot water for 3 days (so far), no communication, potentially will be 5 or more days as it's the weekend and they have told us nothing. Tenants with health issues the get worse with cold abandoned. Appalling company, poor service, quick enough to send passive aggressive letters though! Avoid!

The best experience of being first time home owners and shared ownership.Two rivers were brilliant from day 1 - Marlene and Nicola was always fantastic with communication and viewings of our new family home. Throughout the 5 years we lived there we truly felt it was our home even though it was a 50% share, we were left to enjoy it and do as we pleased within reason. We had a bathroom that needed refitting and redecorating a few years in, this was dealt with through the house insurance by two rivers and we could use our chosen local plumber. Again communication was great from Jasmine to get this resolved, we were sad to leave the bathroom we helped design behind upon sale 6 months later!Selling of the property was hassle free with us finding a buyer and putting them forward to Nicola at TwoCan estate agents. We had such a good experience we went on to a bigger shared ownership home and I always encourage people to consider shared ownership. One thing is for sure though - you won't find a better housing association that Two Rivers!The Brinkworths - Elm Road x

Most appalling customer service and help I have ever received of anyone made to feel a victim and really worthless. Basically I was ringing Two Rivers housing to ask for a little bit of help which I have never had to do before in my life but because of the current situation it came about that I needed a little financial help so you think in this current situation and all the help and love everyone is doing to help each other like shopping for others and just generally making sure everyone is getting by and offering the help when they need it well its safe to say Two Rivers housing is not one of those people my my first conversation started with a lady called Sally and she was really charming (this is sarcasm!!)First this lady started off point blank straight away saying they wont help me and if I was struggling to go to universal credit so instead of trying to help people stay away from that she pushes more people towards the benefit route yeah great sally lets put more strain on the government and the system because that will help, I wouldn't be able to get the benefits as I don't qualify and all I was asking for is help with one months rent not six months just the one so why would I go down that route when I was offering to pay it back the next month when I returned to work, this is when she started to really pick her voice up and said if I am struggling then I am to go to the food bank yet another organisation which is struggling in this crisis, Two Rivers Housing seems to want to push you away to people that are struggling instead of helping you in the first instant. Well the conversation continued anyway and sally then started to scrutinise my pay and what I spend my money on well all I would like to say is I hope you don't end up in a situation like this and and I hope your not met by some one like yourself.So I spoke to her manager and to keep the story short she was the exactly the same as Sally I forgot her name which I suppose is lucky for her well after 20 mins with sally and then another 30 with her manager screaming down the phone to me they agreed they would help as long as I would pay the money back over the next three months which I agreed as I needed the help. All I can say is why should it take two phone a hell of a lot of scrutinising just for them to finally help I have been waiting a year to get on the tenancy after a month I never heard off the housing adviser again and no one has ever chased it back up just forgot a left it alone possibly could of signed it on the 6 month inspection but no one came to that. In the end I took other methods to get help as i didn't want to owe anything to these people or feel scrutinised like a did i can safely say they make you feel like this ,i didn't get any help of them.Seriously need to improve your care for customers and attitudes in this current situation your no help and should really feel shocked that you have members of staff like this.I must add a positive the lovely lady who transferred me two these two people was really lovely and compassionate and you could tell she cared unfortunately she was just a call adviser but would of rather spoke to her than the other two unsympathetic women.Thanks
