Electricians arrived at 8:30 and installed the inverter and batteries by 11:30. The solar panels installation then arrived and by 16:30 they had fitted and connected the 8 panels. Great job done! All clean and tidy - most professional job done by the team from Impact Services. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I’m very satisfied with the installation of my solar panels and battery storage, recently completed by Impact Services.The installation team was very efficient and each technician was very personable.The work was completed on schedule and the men were helpful, friendly and informative.They tidied up thoroughly afterwards and even took the trouble to remove moss etc from the entire roof area before fixing the panels.Excellent work overall!

We've had a solar panel and battery storage installation completed By Impact Services and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. From accepting their quote to having a fully installed system was only 19 days.Everything was organised by their office staff while we were on holiday for 2 weeks out of the 19 days, so Email's kept us fully informed about progressing our installation.On the day of the installation, a team of 3 installed the panels on the roof together with fixing the wiring to the point where 2 electricians took over. An electrician discovered some unsafe dangerous wiring at the point of our main isolation switch, which needed to be resolved before proceeding to link in the solar panels. We're very thankful this was discovered and fixed during the installation, so we now have a safe working solar and battery storage installation.We have had nothing but an excellent service right from our initial enquiry through to commissioning and beyond with administration papers and links with registration on the UK Power network.An all round top team, thank you very much for making it so easy.

We were looking for a local company to provide us with a quote for a Solar and Battery storage system.Impact came up in the top searches, i checked out their reviews so we made contact via their web site. This was simple as expected, we received a call back and our survey was booked. (Yes we provided the required details to get this going).Our surveyor (James), confirmed the appointment and let us know on the day that he was on his way and would make the agreed time. Upon arrival James put us at ease, he provided us with a simple explanation of the process, he asked about our needs and what we wanted from a Solar install. He then proceeded with the survey, explaining at each point the logic as to what he was doing and why. Upon completing the survey, he provided us with a draft of what the report would look like and what it would tell us. He was very good at converting the technical stuff in plain English.We received our report quickly enough, we read through it and absorbed the information. Our requirements were detailed within the two quotes we requested. A couple of reads and it did all made sense, we sent over a few queries and these were responded too in good time and clarified our questions.Noting of course that Impact employs all their own specialists, roofer, PV installers, scaffolders and electricians. A local firm with many years of experience which gave us the confidence we were looking for.We did search online for like for like quotes (based on our survey) as a cost comparison and have to say Impact still came out as close to being the most affordable, there wasn't much in it so we went ahead and completed the the order form.Impact took care of contacting our energy supplier and provided us with the relevant legal paper work to have them install our system. This only took a few weeks and then an install date of another 5 days! Excellent timing and was very quick was our experience. With no deposit needed, the date set we were all good to go.On the day the teams arrived at the time stated, we ran through the work schedule of work for the day, confirmed where we wanted it to go, how the cables would run etc and away they went. It was a hot day and the teams hardly stopped. We left them to it, they were great with our dog, very safety conscious and kept the garden clean whilst working. They advised when they wanted to turn the power to the property off and offered to wait if it wasn't convenient (very thoughtful).Upon completion they walked us through the setup, how things worked, explained the app clearly so we knew what all the details meant, gave us hints and advise (all at a good pace, it wasn't rushed). This was followed by the advise that we needed to register our kit for warranty, the importance of this, the details we would need and how to do so.This was then followed by a walk round of the install, what each component was and the couple of things we may need to check. They asked more than once if we were happy and whether they needed to provide any other info.A final walk round with them to ensure I was happy with the way they left my garden, yes all tidy with no waste left at my home.Very happy with this clean, friendly and helpful install!

Excellent service from the installation teams today. They arrived nice and prompt before 8.30am and explained exactly what the plan for the day was. The roofing team arrived shortly afterwards and they did their part climbing up and down the scaffolding. When power had to go off they let me know. The teams were super polite and courteous, making sure everything was cleaned up properly at the end of the day. They set my app up and showed me the basic details of what I see on there and what is important. Even better they tidied up the fuse board, added a new export meter and isolation switch, moved some stuff in my garage for me and helped me with a smoke alarm battery that I couldn’t reach. They were wrapped up and headed off by 3.20pm. Top notch service and attitude. Would highly recommend Impact for great customer service and general attitude. Thank you!
