From start to finish Gateway Funeral Services are extremely professional. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. I would give ten stars if allowed.

I cannot recommend Gateway enough. This is the second time I've used due to both my parents passing and they have been absolutely brilliant. Janice did my dad's funeral and was lovely and amazing. Emma did my mum's and she was also absolutely amazing. Emma made sure that I was ok and helped as much as she could. Thank you ever so much everyone for looking after both my parents while they were with you.

Thank you all at gateway for your amazing service. Everyone I met was so caring and considerate and it made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing my dad had made it to the Chapel of rest. The embalmer did a fantastic job, which was important for me as I watched my dad sadly die so the last time I remember him is when he looked peaceful and asleep in the Chapel of rest which is something I thought no amount of money would be able to do, but they did it. The order of service was beautifully designed by gateway and the staff called to check in with me.Emma was so very lovely, I never felt like I needed to worry about any part of my dad's funeral service as I knew Emma had listened to what we wanted. On the day of the funeral we didn't feel rushed once, she made sure she told us what would be happening and it felt very reassuring knowing she was there to make sure everything went smoothly. After a very sad and upsetting time, my dad passed away out of our county. He was brought home and looked after with dignity and care until we were ready to say goodbye to him, by these wonderful people at Gateway,Thank you very much xxx
