Premier Inn Hereford City Centre (Old Market) hotel

Lovely hotel. Would have received all 5stars except for the loudness of the Dinner waitress. Id say Magaritta Praccataan just needs to tone it down a little. Entertaining I guess but quite loud. Very polite though. Kitchen staff also very loud and as its very open plan we got to hear what everyone was having or supper and breakfast! I think the ventilation fan in the kitchen needs looking at as it was quite stiphy during supper. My wife is a snobby mare and felt a tad uncomfortable.

I stayed here in early July. The staff are friendly, the bed is comfy and the hotel is in a good location. I especially liked the vegan soaps in the bathroom, always appreciated! I'll be coming back here next time I visit Hereford!Heads up for those on night shifts or are bothered by high-pitched noises or have sensory issues - the beeping of the traffic crossing just outside the hotel is quite loud and is used frequently throughout the day! If you can, pack earplugs or similar!

Stayed here for a friends wedding nearby. Arrived with 20 mins to get to the wedding venue due to match day traffic.Laura on reception was fantastic! She even moved her car to allow us to park and avoid the £85 fee for not being in a bay.We made it to the wedding in time - but Laura showed first class customer service and needs to be praised.I was highly impressed with the soundproofing and overheard a fellow diner at breakfast say the same. Had a nice breakfast and a good sleep - which is what you want from any hotel.

After visiting the area on 22/10/23 for a family wedding I found the premier inn at Hereford City centre the ideal location to stay, as usual when I stay at the premier inn very happy with the standard of room, bed and facilities however this trip stood out for me in a very different way, 3 days after returning home I realised that I had left my wallet at the property. I called up as soon as I realised and to my delight the wallet had been handed in, along with a bottle of joop which wasn't quite as valuable but still great that it was handed in. There was quite a bit of cash in the wallet and all my bank cards etc. So i just want thank whoever handed it in so much, thank you for your honesty it really means a lot. And thanks for the premier in to safely hold my items until a family member collected them for me. Top service.

Went today 8th Nov for breakfast. Top notch breakfast was very good and piping hot . Cooked to order which is a big plus for us . Chef you exceeded our expectations and our waitress was so polite. We will be back .

Great stay at the premier inn. Cracking service too and went the extra mile to allow me to check in early so I could attend a wedding. Thanks to the lovely lady on reception

Very nice, new, clean and friendly hotel. Dinner was great, the food was very tasty. I stayed for work with a big van, so here is a problem to park van, because car park very small, parking not free and i came later in evening ,so i needed to search where to park car

I stayed last night at the hotel with a party who were in Hereford for an RAF reunion. We received a warm welcome and decided to eat in the restaurant. The meal and hospitality were excellent.Laura and her team were wonderful and Laura herself is a credit both to herself and to her employers.She is a delightful young lady, very professional and efficient, and I do hope that the company appreciate all that she and her team do.I, and my colleagues, would have no hesitation at all in returning to the hotel.Many thanks.

Modern built hotel with a premier feel to the hotel. The car park is pay on arrival, £5 a night. Check in was smooth.The room was clean and continued to have a premier feel and functional to business customers. The only negative was the height of the bath tub, so be prepared to jump in and out.Breakfast is unlimited cooked and continental. Cooked breakfasts are to order and whatever you like.

Basic but clean and cosy room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location right in town. Parking behind it. Lovely cooked breakfast done fresh.
