We popped in for desert last night and they were absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and great value for money! Highly recommend

It was amazing, i had the Oreo sundae and it was absolutely delicious, the person at the till was polite and didn't mind my father's accent!

Awesome selection and variety on the menu, including vegan options. Loads of flavours of gelato etc too. Staff were very friendly and considerate with our food. I had a biscoff sundae which was massive and absolutely fantastic, can't recomend it enough! Absolutely will be going back to try other stuff :)Stop sleeping on this place, it's awesome!

Popped in summer last year to have just an ice cream and it was great, came back this year and it was shut for renovations basically all season. Reopened a couple of months ago but trade seems to have dropped significantly. We popped in a few weeks ago and had a sundae each and they were amazing but we were the only customers in there with only two staff members (the owner, who is lovely, and a younger girl who seemed to still be new/training) who weren't very optimistic about trade even on delivery apps. I've not seen it open once since then (I pass it every day on my way back from work) which is a shame because when you could catch it open it was delicious and well priced.

Such delicious cookie dough but it just seems like you can’t be sure whether they’re going to be open or not! We’ve walked down recently during the opening hours listed on the website and it’s been closed. And every time we’ve had a look online since, it says it’s open on the website, but not taking orders on Just Eat, but looks open for collection on Food Hub?Such a shame because it was lovely the one time we popped by, but every time we’ve fancied it since it’s not been open or taking orders :(

Went yesterday and ordered through Uber Eats as a pickup order as I had to travel. Food was prepared on time which is rare for most shops to do when ordering on Uber Eats. Customer service from the two girls working was great they were really friendly. Food was good too and would come again

We visited Scoops on Mothers Day for a treat. I live locally and I really want to live this place but today was just a total shambles. Could only accept cash, no ice cream on display as the machine was broken, till broken, deserts on display looked worse for wear, had some trouble understanding what was available and making the order, hardly any sprinkles on one of the ice creams. Really felt for the person behind the counter who was no doubt trying her best in a bad situation but it was just a rubbish experience overall. Saving grace is that the ice cream is really tasty - but the overall experience was awful. It’s such a shame as I really would love there to be a great ice cream parlour in Walkley. I hope they’ll be able to sort out all of their broken machines and work on the customer service for a smoother experience next time.
