I would give zero stars if possible, this broker is completely unprofessional, and did not inform me the insurance had tripled in price until the date of renewal. leaving me with a great deal of stress to find another insurer the same day.Avoid this company there are many better ones out there

After a frustrating experience with a rival (who are well publicised on YouTube watch channels) - I called Highworth, wehere I dealt with a really efficient, professional & knowledgeable guy called Ashley Coppin. Ashley sorted my insurance promptly & professionally, with minimal fuss. As a result, I was more than happy to insure with Highworth and will look to them again for my other insurances when they are due. As a bonus, Ashley arranged insurance on same terms but with a well known brand name insurer - cannot recommend them enough over the “main UK watch broker” highly recommended elsewhere Watch Lovers ;-)

I spoke to Sam Ashford regarding renewing my house contents with a £36,000 total for jewellery. He came back very quickly with a good quote from AXA, which I was pleased to accept. He was polite and willing to talk through the options.

Not the the highly rated company it once was. It has been taken over and quite simply they are a shambles. I havetwo complaints being reported to the omnibudsman.Very poor, surely there must be better out there.
