Superb quality of work and attention to detail; excellent communication and problem solving. Very conscientious and considerate. Jamie managed to solve difficult problems due to old plumbing and defective floorboards without stress. He put in the extra time needed for the job with very good grace. Jamie advised and consulted with us on the best fittings for this job and we are very pleased we accepted his advice. The bath/shower and the toilet look great and operate beautifully. We had got Jamie in originally to fit our bathroom but he helped us complete more jobs around the flat and will definitely be employing his services again.

Jamie has been really responsive and great at getting back to our many queries (especially as it was the first time having major plumbing works done in the flat). We now have a wonderful shower/bathroom and would highly recommend to anyone.

Jamie did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom, we are really thrilled with the results! He’s been a pleasure to work with - calm, friendly and solutions focused. We now enjoy spending time in the bathroom, which looks bigger and is much lighter compared to before. Jamie’s tradespeople were also great.

Jamie and his team did an excellent job renovating our old bathroom. It was completed on time and on budget, and we are very happy with the results. The team was polite and tidy, and the whole process was relatively stress free.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with East London Bathroom Fitters. The estimated time was two weeks to complete the bathroom, which is quite small/simple in terms of the work needed. Things started off okay, although the communication was never very strong and Jamie would often show up late and leave early, some days not showing up at all. Around week five we were getting anxious that the delay was so long, despite no unforeseen circumstances. Then the fitters took their tools and ghosted us, stopped showing up and would not respond to messages or calls. At this point our bathroom was not close to finished – toilet not flushing properly, no grout or seal on any tiles, lighting not installed, etc. We had no shower and hardly a toilet, and this is our only bathroom. Plus I am 7 months pregnant. We had to scramble to find new fitters and we were lucky to find people we trust and who are now completing the job quickly. It came at a large delay and extra cost. However, the new fitters have showed us how many shortcuts Jamie took and honestly I am happy that he’s not finishing the job because the work was poor quality. I am still in shock that someone could behave so unprofessionally and never apologize or give any explanation, especially because he knows we are expecting a baby soon. Truly the worst building experience I’ve had, and I caution anyone who is looking at this company to reconsider.
